Instructor Training

Our Teacher Training Program is a 500-hour comprehensive, contemporary Pilates education rooted deeply in the classical method. This is not a certification mill — and it is not open enrollment.

At J Pilates, we train to hire.

This program is by invitation only and is often reserved for students who have consistently trained with us, demonstrated dedication to the practice, and align with our studio's values, teaching style, and community culture. Our goal is not to produce a high volume of instructors, but to cultivate exceptional ones.

Our training is immersive, mentorship-driven, and designed to prepare you to confidently lead, cue, modify, and connect — both technically and intuitively. You will receive a full-spectrum education across apparatus, programming, anatomy, and client care, with a strong emphasis on thoughtful movement and intelligent progressions.

We do accept applications; however, admission is selective and intentional. This program is for those seeking depth, mentorship, and real-world readiness — not a quick credential.
